Description
YogaBellies for mum and baby classes are unlike any other baby class because both mum and baby actively participate and gain benefits from the class. The classes are 75 minutes long with 50 mins of yoga and 20minutes for refreshments and chatting afterwards. The yoga is split into 3sections:· Breathing exercises to help you gently strengthen your back, abdominals and pelvic floor. · Yoga for baby which gently stimulates and stretches their entire body and is amazing for all areas of their development. The yoga can also help their digestion, to ease any wind or constipation and to help baby sleep better (yay ) ·Yoga for Mummy. The postures are all safe for your post partum body and focus on strengthening the back, abs and pelvic floor. Your baby can join in with all of these postures too, giving you both lots of lovely bonding time.
