Description
Yoga to help you maintain strength and stamina, learn breathing techniques and birth positions, relax, bond with your baby and meet other local mums to be. The classes last for 75mins and are small and intimate. The yoga postures are al lsafe for pregnancy and will be adapted for your trimester and if you are experiencing any issues such as sciatica or pelvic girdle pain. Each week we will explore topics such as preparing for the big day and bonding with your baby as well as having a beautiful relaxation at the end of class. Suitable form 12 weeks onwards
