During Baby & Me, parents and caregivers are invited to join in with nursery rhymes to bond with and entertain babies, massage techniques to aid digestion and good sleep, and a spot of yoga to leave mums, dads and childminders feeling stretched out and strengthened.

Many who attend the class will be first time parents, so this is a perfect opportunity for sharing experiences and knowledge, making new friends and realising that through the highs and lows and those sleepless nights, you are not alone! You will learn nurturing baby massage techniques to aid with digestive issues, constipation and colic; relaxed walking/holds to calm and settle your baby when they or yourself are feeling fractious; emotional awareness and positive use of voice when communicating with your baby and serene relaxation techniques.

Feel free to nurse, change, bounce, feed and walk around as needed. The class is suitable for mothers from 6 weeks post birth (or until ‘signed off’ by GP) and to all pre-crawling babies. Yoga mats and props are provided but please bring a muslin or blanket for baby to lie on.
