Description

This 6 week course is a great follow on from baby massage. You don't have to have learnt baby massage to attend this course as you will learn story massage and reflexology techniques for your growing baby. There is also an emphasis on self care for mums as I honestly believe that this is so important yet often not prioritised. We finish each class with complimentary tea and cake so please let me know in advance if you have any allergies.
