The techniques that you will learn in my classes have been developed over many years and draw from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions, as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology. There is a strong focus on communicating with your baby by listening to them, reading their cues and responding to their needs. Classes are very relaxing and a great place to meet new friends. At the end of every session we enjoy a friendly chat with complimentary tea and cake!
