Suitable for mums from 8 -10 weeks postpartum to pre-crawling, this gentle yet effective workout focuses on:
- Core & pelvic floor recovery
- Full-body strengthening & toning
- Posture & mobility improvement
- Relaxation & stress relief
With a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, you can exercise safely while keeping your baby close. Enjoy a class designed around their needs, with plenty of cuddles along the way. Please bring a sling/carrier along with you if you have one in case you might want to use it - babies do enjoy being nice and close to you!

This is suitable ladies if you have had your postnatal check up with the doctor and this has been signed off.
