Daisy is an expert in the field, qualified in both Mindfulness and Yoga, with over a decade of teaching experience. She is also a new Mum who is loving the adventure of bringing mindfulness and yoga to the parent and baby community, in her favourite yoga studio in London. (Zen Yoga, in Camberwell, is a beautiful space - that inspires calm and serenity in even the most sleep-deprived!)
Having qualified as a yoga teacher while pregnant, Daisy underwent additional training in parent-and-baby-yoga with her son by her side. Her blend of rigorous training and first hand experience makes her a teacher who is especially sensitive to the physical and emotional realities of the postnatal period.
