Description

The program was created by Zumba and Babyfirst and is designed to help children develop cognitive, social, motor, and behavioral skills. In the 45-minute classes, children learn to sing, dance, and move using their bodies, scarves, and rhythmic instruments to enhance the music's rhythm and feel. Parents and caregivers can also join in and bond with their children in a fun, non-performance-anxiety environment.
