We all have a voice and Singing Mamas invites you to use your voice with us, to make gorgeous music together and to feel great. Maybe you love singing to your favourite tunes at home? Perhaps you used to sing in a choir? Or you just want to enjoy the experience of singing with others and improve your singing ability… Singing Mamas invites you to join us each week for 90 minutes of precious ‘me-time’. Whether you’ve never sung before or are a seasoned pro, you’ll be made very welcome. There’s no ‘spotlight’, no audition, just an opportunity to forget the stresses of life, to sing for yourself, for each other and just ‘be’. Bring your baby, toddler, home schooler or come on your own – whatever works for you. It’s fun, it’s uplifting and after the singing you get to enjoy tea and cake!

Hi! I'm Laura and I trained with Singing Mamas CIC in March 2024. Since then I've enjoyed running ad hoc singing groups with babies, as well as an evening singing group I run in Emsworth once a month. I have always loved singing with others, especially when different harmonies are brought in. Outside of Singing Mamas I'm also in an acapella sea shanty band, and have other community choir leading projects on the go.

Singing is so good for us and as much part of being human as eating and drinking in my opinion (and dancing!)... All societies have done it for all time. So I'm loving the chance to get people singing again, some of whom haven't sung with others since they were at school.

Shy singers are so welcome to join, and to be as quiet or loud as you feel. Confident opera singers also very welcome! The important thing at this group is singing gorgeous songs together and having a lovely time in a friendly and relaxed space. And if you're bringing your gorgeous little one, they will love it too. It's a magical moment when a baby looks up transfixed at their singing mama. Free trial for everyone so come give it a go! xx
