At Soul Groove Yoga, we believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a feeling, a rhythm, a way to connect deeply with yourself and those around you. Our classes are about flowing with ease, breathing with intention, and embracing every part of your journey—mind, body, and soul. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a break, our space is here to hold and support you.

Motherhood is a profound, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming transformation. That’s why we’ve created a sanctuary where mums (and dads!) can move, breathe, and bond with their little ones in a safe, supportive, and heart-centered space.

Mum & Baby Yoga – Move Together, Grow Together 🌸
Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a special time for you and your baby to connect, stretch, and restore in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions focus on postnatal recovery, helping you regain strength, release tension, and nurture your body as it adjusts post-birth.

Each class blends:
✨ Gentle yoga postures to rebuild strength, ease tension & support postpartum recovery
✨ Pelvic floor & core-focused movement to promote stability & healing
✨ Baby yoga & massage to encourage balance, coordination & sensory development
✨ Breathwork & relaxation to reset, restore & invite calm into your day
✨ A warm, inclusive community where all parents & babies are welcome

No prior yoga experience? No worries! These classes are designed to be accessible, informal, and pressure-free—whether you're flowing through each pose or simply soaking up the moment while your baby naps. If you need to feed, change, or cuddle your little one at any point, that’s absolutely okay. This is your time to move as much or as little as you need—and if you just want to lie down and breathe, I’ll happily pop a blanket over you and bring you a warm cup of tea at the end. ☕💛

Welcome! I’m Lucy, the heart behind Soul Groove Yoga. Yoga has been my anchor, my inspiration, and my path to balance, grounding me through every chapter of life—including the beautiful journey into motherhood. I am a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for creating a space where you can find calm, connection, and strength.

My teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body and every soul. I love blending mindful movement, breathwork, and a touch of soulful groove to help students connect deeply with themselves, wherever they are in life. My classes are about more than poses—they’re about cultivating self-love, building resilience, and embracing each moment on and off the mat.

Since becoming a mum to my little one, Clara, I’ve been especially inspired to guide mums and their babies on a gentle, heart-centered journey through yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to it, or exploring it with your little one for the first time, I’m honored to share this journey with you.
