Parent & Baby Yoga

What Spin and Workout says

Bond with your little one while enjoying the benefits of yoga. This class is designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength.
Parents, carers and even yogi grandparents are all welcome to this class (one adult per baby!) Maximum 6 per class.

Yoga is great for flexibility and strength and for new mums offers a chance to continue post natal recovery and build pelvic strength. With a maximum of 6 people per class this is also a chance to build a support network and friendship group. Parent and baby yoga is ideal for babies until they can crawl. Mums are welcome once you have had your post natal check up.

Note. We have limited space in the studio for you to leave buggies/ prams.

Spin and Workout is an independent fitness studio that offers a range of classes including Indoor Cycling, Boxfit, Pilates and Yoga. We also partner up with PT’s who run their classes from our studio.

Our Parent & Baby Yoga class is run by Ewa on a Friday at 10:45am.
