What Splitz School of Dance and Drama says

Welcome to Splitz School of Dance and Drama!

We teach I.S.T.D. Ballet, Tap, Modern Theatre and Contemporary. Non- syllabus classes include Musical Theatre, Street dance, Acro, Drama and Splitz Stars! Venues are in Woolmer Green, Knebworth (near Stevenage) and Hatfield. Now in our 32nd year, we have approximately 250 students.

We teach children from age 3, offering mini ballet and we welcome students to start dancing with us at any age. Adult classes are available for ballet and tap. For a complete list of the lessons we offer, please go to our class timetable page.

Opportunities for students include I.S.T.D. Exams in ballet, tap, modern theatre and contemporary, drama productions, performing at our annual presentation day and taking part in a show that we stage every two years at Campus West Theatre in Welwyn Garden City. A professional standard production gives everyone in the school from 5 years+ a chance to experience performing in a real theatre with a real audience.
