What happens in a Baby or Toddler Starshine session?

Each session, enter another world with us as we voyage through a different fairytale or book. Bond with your little ones using fun familiar songs and stories as well as plenty of new plots and twists. Don't be afraid to join in the physical and musical fun and games! Once we've had fun exploring, we'll have some downtime - breathe, relax and calm with your little ones. Go home feeling refreshed and maybe your small humans might even be ready for a good nap with happy dreams!

Baby Starshine - These sessions are for newborns through to pre-walkers. The focus is on creating a magical bond with your new little person, using music, massage and multisensory materials. Some basic BSL (British Sign Language) will also be used and taught to help your baby learn to communicate with you.

Toddler Starshine - These sessions use both new and well known stories to engage with young children. Music, story massage, yoga elements and props are incorporated to make this a multi sensory experience that aids bonding between parents/carers and growing children.
