That’s why the Early Stages - Baby & Me classes blend baby massage as well as support in the #fourthtrimester (and tea and biscuits too!) Two lovely hours of massage, chat, friends, and support with hot topics like sleep, feeding and relationships. Babies welcome from 4(ish) weeks until crawling.
