Following 10 years of Body Alliance in Brixton, Studio One Pilates was created as its sister branch in Forest Hill. Studio One Pilates & Movement operates in our Covid-19 secure space, a reinvention of a 1930s warehouse, from which we offer tailored Mat Pilates, Equipment Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Pilates Pre & Post Natal Dance.

We have now reopened after after a second national lockdown, we are back to provide our Pilates clients the caring and tailored workout that characterises Studio One’s teaching. Studio One specialises in Pilates for back pain, injury prevention or rehabilitation, Pre&Postnatal. All Studio One teachers are highly qualified.
