What Sweat with Summers says
A 45minute, postpartum friendly, full body workout for you & your little one! We’ll get a sweat on with some cardio and strength work and then restore that core & pelvic floor before a lovely cool-down, all while you bond with your baby. Bring a blanket & some entertainment for your little one, and a bottle of water for yourself!
About
Hi, I’m Liyah – a first-time mum to my amazing 6-month-old daughter. I’ve spent nearly 10 years as a professional actor, but my passion for fitness and sports has always been a huge part of who I am. From swimming to running, Pilates to yoga – I’ve tried it all and loved every bit of it!
Just before I found out I was pregnant in 2023, I decided to take the leap and become a qualified Personal Trainer and gym instructor. After having my baby, I was surprised to find that the thing I missed most wasn’t nights out or lie-ins (though those were nice, too!). It was the freedom to hit the gym or attend a spin class whenever I wanted!
So, while my daughter would nap, I took the opportunity to become a certified pre/postnatal exercise trainer, so I could create a space where mums can get a great workout, rebuild their strength, and reconnect with their bodies – all while bonding with their beautiful babies. It’s my mission to support other mums in their fitness journeys and help them feel strong, empowered, and confident in this new chapter of motherhood.
