What Sweaty Mama says

Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise whilst you bond with your child. No need to organise childcare to get to the gym, Sweaty Mama allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout. Exercises are adapted to suit all ages & development of the child as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core & posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!* With babies, toddlers and Preschoolers all joining in the fun!

About

I joined Sweaty Mama classes when George, my son, was 2 months old. They helped me feel more ‘me’ as I’m a dancer by background (ballet) and love getting fit, particularly in a room full of other mums! I don’t like to take myself too seriously so you can always find me having a giggle, or boogying at the front of class.
As well as being a Mum, my other job is in Executive Search, recruiting senior finance professionals. I enjoy the business elements of running a franchise and want to be a serial entrepreneur one day.
I love reading, dancing and travelling and feel passionately that motherhood is made easier by finding your tribe and people who are laughing/crying/parenting alongside us.
