Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise whilst you bond with your child. No need to organise childcare to get to the gym, Sweaty Mama allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout. Exercises are adapted to suit all ages & development of the child as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core & posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!* With babies, toddlers and Preschoolers all joining in the fun!
About
Hi, I’m mum to three fabulous children. An older singleton at school and twins. Our house is always busy and so full of love.
Before falling pregnant I was so active, running miles and miles every month, always in some form of race training.
After having the twins I realised that getting back into fitness after giving birth can be tricky. Trying to find a baby sitter or waiting until my partner finished work before I could workout.
Then during a night feed, shortly after qualifying as a fitness instructor, I spotted the opportunity to buy a franchise and decided it was time to bring Sweaty Mama sessions to East Grinstead and surrounding areas.
Classes are suitable for every woman regardless of any previous exercise experience.
We’ll work on rebuilding fitness, core strength and building friendships among like-minded women and their babies!
