About

My name is Goksu and I am the mother of a 3 year old girl, who loves to dance and move!!

Her love of dance led us to find Tappy Toes’ fun, energetic and imaginative dance classes.

I worked as a nanny in the past which was very rewarding and enjoyable. I connected so well with the children and families that I worked for that I am still friends with some of them. I am so excited to be working with children again albeit in a different way!

I am also a fully qualified Fitness Trainer and worked in several gyms including at Goldsmiths University. I understand the importance of dance to improve co-ordination, confidence and as a means of expression.

I was very keen to return to work having been on maternity leave and was looking for something creative that wasn’t office based and that would be flexible enough to allow me to still spend quality time with my daughter. Having taken my daughter to Alex’s classes in neighbouring Forest Hill I had a light bulb moment! The classes were so enjoyable and well-structured I thought to myself I would love to be able to do this! That is how it all started..

I am so excited to have the opportunity to bring Tappy Toes classes to Greenwich, Blackheath and Hither Green!
