I am a doula and hypnobirthing practitioner based in Brighton, offering group hypnobirthing and antenatal classes for expectant parents. My classes are inclusive and person-centred and I love working with all different kinds of family set ups. My approach is trauma-informed, informative, and most of all fun! You will learn what to expect from labour and the early days of parenting, and get a load of resources to support you on your journey, as well as one to one support from me as needed. You will also have the chance to meet other parents and create a little community of your own to support each other.
