Our barre and baby classes are specifically designed post-natal workouts to get you back into shape after giving birth- get ready to feel strong and regain a bit of you again! The classic class is a dynamic, low impact, whole body barre workout with a focus on strengthening your core safely with the close guidance of our instructors. A mat for you and a mat for baby means you can snuggle, feed and barre together. Class is 40 mins to ensure you get a great workout whilst keeping baby content.
