I'm Laura, a registered NHS midwife with 10 years experience, and mum of 2. I am passionate about providing evidenced based information to families during pregnancy to help you prepare for the best possible birth for you, and help you make truly informed decisions. I provide birth education, including bespoke hypnobirthing courses, online course, and one-to-one appointments.

I specialise in antenatal education, homebirth, supporting physiological birth in the NHS, birth rights and personalised care planning.

I am also trained in hypnobirthing, aromatherapy, biomechanics for birth, babywearing and breastfeeding support.
