Pre-Natal Therapeutic Yoga
What The Space says
Pregnancy is a magical and powerful time for you, your body and your baby. It can also be a
rollercoaster that has you feeling invincible one moment and in waves of tears the next.
This therapeutic yoga class, is a rolling 6-week course* that will bring you together with
other mums-to-be in a safe and supportive space.
Sessions will be a combination of self-reflective journal prompts, physical yoga, breathwork
and meditation. All designed to support you as you prepare yourself mentally, physically,
emotionally and spiritually for labour, birth and beyond.
All mums-to-be welcome; no previous experience of yoga necessary.
*Sessions will repeat every 6 weeks, and you are welcome to come as and when it suits you,
starting any time.
