I’m full time mum to an absolute whirlwind of a toddler who just does not sit still from the moment he wakes up! The hour round trip to Basingstoke and back for a 40 minute session didn’t seem worthwhile but the only alternative nearby was soft play which didn’t feel like it really challenged him physically. I really wanted to bridge the gap that was fun for him but felt like he was really moving his body in a positive way. Did you know under 3s need 180 active minutes per day?! 😮‍💨
