Hi!

I'm Beth, from TinyBugs Yoga! I'm a qualified Preschool Leader, with nearly 10 years of experience in an Outstanding nursery. I also have a Toddler and Preschool yoga qualification from To Baby and Beyond. It's been my privilege to guide little ones to become independent, resilient, and kind beings over the past decade, and I have used that time to find my own educational ethos. I believe that children don't have bad behaviour, they have emotions. By giving them the tools of breathing exercises, yoga, and meditation, we can support each little one to explore the world around them with confidence - and that's what TinyBugs Yoga is all about!
