Hello!! Welcome to TinyTalk South Manchester. I am your local TinyTalk Teacher and have just begun my Tiny Talk journey! I have 2 children of my own, Jack is 5, and Isabelle is 2. I have attended Tiny Talk with both children, and between us we must be using over 200 signs! I have been a primary school teacher for over 10 years, however when the opportunity to start running Baby Signing classes came up I jumped at the chance. It is amazing to see how little ones can make themselves understood by using signs to communicate before they have a voice.
I run Baby Signing classes in St Chad's Community Hall, Ladybarn, South Manchester. These are currently on a Thursday morning.
TinyTalk classes are 1 hour long, in the first half hour we have lots of fun introducing the sign in nursery rhymes, songs, books and games. The signs are based on a weekly theme and we also intrduce some sensory activities to develop your babies communication skills and musical instruments. The second half hour is social time for you and your little ones! You can enjoy a brew and a biscuit whilst you have a chat with other grown ups and your little one learns to play and interact with others.
