What True You Fitness Training says

A post natal fitness class designed especially for women who have given birth in the last 12 months. I am fully qualified in pre and post natal fitness and love supporting women to maintain fitness and strength during their pregnancy, then return to exercise as and when they’re ready post birth. The focus of my session is very much on moving your body in a way that feels good, making progress at a pace that suits you and supporting you to build strength and fitness that will enhance an active family life.

Bring you little one along with you, they'll need to be comfortable in a car seat or buggy, but of course if they need a cuddle or attention during the session you do whatever you need to do!
You'll just need a bottle of water, a good sports bra, comfy clothes and sports trainers.

I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a Pre and Post Natal qualification and a passion for supporting women through movement.

My approach is inclusive ensuring that every client feels supported, welcome and enjoys a workout that suits their body.

The aim is primarily on making exercise a consistent part of life, giving us the opportunity to maintain and build strength and fitness throughout all the chapters of our lives.
