Good To Know

The studio is located on Goldhawk Road right on the mini-roundabout. The studio is situated above The Duchess pub and you can find the entrance for Fit & Food to the side of the pub, by the bins(!), below the Freehouse sign. When you get to the door, please buzz for the studio using the white button on the right of the door and they'll let you up! Please note, there are stairs to get up to the studio, so buggies are welcome to be left at the bottom of the stairs and we can help you carry carriers, carseats etc up!
