I teach soulful vinyasa flow yoga, meditation and pranayama, therapeutic yoga, children's yoga, family yoga, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and yoga for childbirth.

About

I'm Lisa and I am a mum of 3 and a dedicated yogi.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years on and off but after the complicated birth of my son in 2014, I found life a little overwhelming and I eventually found my way back to my mat.

I have a strong love for how yoga and meditation has been a positive influence on both my physical and emotional health and I now feel called to empower others to do the same.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with PTSD and I found that getting on my mat was the one thing that kept the darker days at bay and this led me wanting to learn more.

In 2019, I embarked on my 200 hour teacher training with Paula Ahlberg and later that year I participated in a 40 hour Yin yoga training.

Over lockdown, I completed a 40 hour training in baby and postnatal yoga and a 40 hour training specialising in pregnancy yoga with Jackie Heffer-Cooke of the amazing Zenmuma.

At the beginning of this year, I felt a calling to take a very deep delve into a more spiritual and traditional path for my own journey and began a 300 hour training with my incredible teacher Swami Atma Gyanam who has been such a fountain of knowledge.

​I weave all of my knowledge together to create a community for everyone to calm and unite their bodies and minds.
