What You and Roo Fitness says

You and Roo Fitness is the only parent and baby exercise class that combines a full body workout for you with nursery rhymes and sensory fun for your little one. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is aimed at new mums and dads who want to take part in a gentle exercise programme whilst having fun with their baby. We use body weight exercises and either your baby or resistance bands to add weight and tone your muscles. The class can help you lose weight, prevent and reduce back pain and increase energy levels. Females can improve any diastasis recti (ab separation) and strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
