What Absolucyfitness says

To help build muscle strength, improve posture and restore your core. All while being with your baby, moving to good tunes and boosting those endorphins. It is suitable for mamas from six weeks post-birth (ensuring you're cleared by your doctor), up until babies around nine months.
With a focus on correct technique and postural alignment, Absolucy Fitness sessions promise to get your body moving and your soul smiling!

About

Taught by Lucy a local mum; a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and pre/postnatal wellness specialist.

Passionate about all things fitness to help motivate people to become the best versions of themselves. She has been teaching at local east London boutique fitness studios since 2016 and during covid launched a successful online fitness Bootcamp. She is also a dancer, movement director and dance teacher.
