APOLLO TOTS

Apollo Tots are unique and exciting preschool gymnastics classes, with a particular focus on developing skills for trampolining.

Apollo Tots is for 2-4 years (this class is best for 3+ years.) This is a structured preschool trampolining class. Children work through our tailored award scheme, earning stickers and medals.

Through themed warm-ups and songs, children are encouraged to use their imagination and develop their language and cognitive skills.

As well as developing physical confidence, proprioception, balance and strength, Apollo Tots encourages social skills and turn-taking.

Classes adhere to British Gymnastics preschool policy.
