If you do, then check out my group hypnobirthing classes, where I can help you to go from feeling anxious about your birth to excited. You will learn how to approach your birth with a more positive mindset and how to feel calm, relaxed and comfortable. My group hypnobirthing courses take place in a beautiful venue in Oulton, Leeds and are an opportunity to meet other expectant parents, who are on a similar journey to you.
