BABY MASSAGE WITH GINNY

My sessions are just as much for parents and carers as they are for the babies so you will be greeted with a hot drink and something yummy to eat on arrival.
You will learn massage strokes to help calm, soothe and bond with your baby, as well as helping ease symptoms of constipation and trapped wind. You may even find babies have a lovely sleep after their massages. Each week you will learn a new series of strokes to add to an all body massage that you will have learnt by the final session.
I hold a non-judgemental, safe space with opportunities for conversations around parenthood, and the highs and lows of caring for a baby. Meeting other people in the community can be a game-changer in your parenting journey and having the chance to share and learn from each other is such a valuable experience.

In my White Colne classes you will have the option to receive a ten minute massage with Holistic Massage Therapist Lucy Teed for just £10 each. I will hold baby for you or you can hold baby depending on what type of massage you receive.
