The emphasis is on maintaining fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, posture for pregnancy, labour and post natal and beyond. Other benefits include improved sleep, relaxation, helping with healthy pregnancy weight, improved muscle balance and posture, social contact and boosting endorphins (bodies feel good hormone).
This class incorporates a warm up and then more specific conditioning exercises. The classes give a total body workout and stretch, and 5 minute pregnancy relaxation to end with.
