BECCA YOGA - THE CREATIVE FLOW

Gentle, restorative and nourishing yoga for the postpartum body, designed to gently stretch and strengthen target areas like shoulders, chest, low back and hips. Using the breath to ease tension, develop pelvic floor awareness and with integrated opportunities to bond with baby and incorporate developmentally appropriate yoga movements for pre-crawling little ones in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Suitable from post 6 week GP check up or 10 weeks post Caesarean Birth. 

Book a 5 Class Pack, to be used over 6 weeks, for peace of mind, or drop ins available.

Class is followed by a Social Circle to build your support network upstairs in Leo Cafe!

Prams can be left upstairs in the cafe where there is also a changing table.
Babies can be fed, changed or nap in the studio during class time.
All mats and props provided. Please bring a blanket or muslin for baby to lie on, and water for yourself.
