Bourne Fitness offers a number of training options including small group fitness classes and one-to-one personal training in our private fitness studio, on Tooting Common, and in the comfort of your own home.

We are happy to have re-launched our popular parent and baby fitness classes: Bourne Fitness Babies! We are now offering both Strength and Pilates classes for parents to focus on their own fitness while bringing their babies along. Both classes are led by pre- and post-natal specialist instructors who will create a warm and welcoming environment for both you and your little ones.
