Description
No need for childcare - we provide a play mat in the middle for the little ones should they not want to stay in their buggies, and we are on hand to help out so the new mums can focus on their workout.
As with all Busylizzy classes, our instructors are postnatal qualified, and ou can take every class at your own pace.
There is also plenty of space should you need to stop to feed or change your little one!
