I offer Pilates classes and Running Sessions for Pregnant women and New Mums to help them have a healthier and more joyful pregnancy, an easier birth and a faster recovery. Women are welcome to bring their babies with them to the post natal classes (up to early stages of crawling) and Buggy Run Clubs (from 6 months). In addition to Face to Face classes, we offer Live Stream and Recorded Pilates classes and have a range of Self-Guided Courses to cover each stage of Pregnancy and Post Natal recovery. About
I have been practising Pilates for over 20 years, initially discovering it due to sciatica and long-term back pain and it proved to be more effective than any other drugs or therapy at keeping the pain away. I have also been a lifelong runner, joining an athletics club at the age of 10 and running competitively in my teens. Wherever life has taken me, running has always been there.
As well as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, I am also a Teacher Trainer for Health & Fitness Education and love helping others follow their passion to become instructors. It also keeps me at the forefront of industry best practice.
I am, most importantly, Mum to two little girls (age 1 and 4 years) so am also 'in the trenches' of life with a young family and understand where you are and what the barriers may be to you joining us. I love seeing Pilates and running make such an enormous difference to women, both physically and mentally, at such a crucial time in their lives.
Whatever your experience or level of fitness, you are welcome and all levels and abilities are catered for. I create a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can reach their potential and feel great.
