This course is designed to support mothers in their postpartum journey as their babies become more mobile.
π 5-week Course Highlights:
β¨ Holistic Approach: Each week, we explore various postnatal themes to address your unique needs as a new mother. These themes guide our practice, providing a well-rounded and holistic approach to postpartum wellness.
π§ββοΈ Mum and Active Baby Yoga: Designed for babies that are on the move! Aged approximately 8 months to 18 months. The class will offer you the opportunity to stretch out the aches and pains, connect with your breath, and continue working on your postnatal recovery. Gentle baby yoga is included, but thereβs no pressure for babies to participate β they may enjoy watching you while they explore the room.
π¨ Breathwork for Restoration: Learn and practice specialised postnatal breathwork techniques to restore your body, increase core strength, and support pelvic floor health.
π¬ Community & Connection: We will have time to chat, stretch, and strengthen together as a community of parents. Whilst the course aims to support postnatal recovery, if you are a parent who hasn't given birth, you are still more than welcome to join, yoga is beneficial for all!
To ensure your safety, please consult your GP and inform your teacher of any complications that occurred during your pregnancy or birth.
