Description
Get ready to move, tone, and stretch to an uplifting playlist in this 45-minute postnatal-friendly fitness class The class will include a dynamic warm-up set to raise your heart rate, followed by barre-inspired mat and standing exercises targeting the lower body and core.
Please note: the workout is open to everyone but is also postnatal friendly (starting from 6 weeks post-vaginal birth and 12 weeks post-instrumental or cesarean birth). Parents are welcome to bring along their babies (up to 18 months). Play mat provided but parents are responsible for their babies at all times.
