DANCE INSPIRATIONS

Our ‘Parent and Me’ dance class is a fun, interactive experience with simple, age appropriate dance movements, songs and activities that encourage bonding, movement and creativity. The goal is to introduce little ones to the joy of dance in a supportive, social environment.

In a typical session, parents or caregivers participate alongside their child, helping them learn basic coordination, rhythm and body awareness through structured yet playful exercises; movement games, music and rhythm songs, stretching and flexibility, imaginative play using props, social interaction.

These classes provide a safe and nurturing environment where both parents and children can share a memorable experience while developing a love for dance and movement.
