Description
Classes run in Chelmsford Essex at Beaulieu community centre. Suited from 6weeks -1 yrs old. With our classes you can make friends, reduce social isolation, develop a closer connection to your baby or babies and learn skills to help your baby heal naturally such as immune system support, helping to fight colds, coughs and sinus issues, nervous system support helping baby to relax and sleep. Help babies with wind and constipation and so much more. Please get in touch for more information. We also arrange lots of social activities too. if you would like to find your village and community then please get in touch. My aim is to improve maternal and maternal mental health through all I do. I look forward to meeting you soon.
