In these classes, you'll do yoga poses designed specifically for pregnant women, breathing exercises, and pelvic floor workouts. You'll also learn about labor and delivery, postpartum care, and more. In this special time of every woman life, there is nothing more special for me like a teacher to be able to support you and guide you safely in your yoga practice. Either complete beginner or experience yogi, Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to keep both your body and mind strong and healthy. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks onward and are being held via zoom.
