Description
This course is designed for people who are 12+ weeks pregnant that want to learn about the changes of the body & hormones through pregnancy whilst moving their body to feel better every day.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
You will be offered ways to move your body that are safe for you and your growing bump.
Feel any tightness and uncomfortable sensations in your body start to fade as you open up.
Maintain or even build strength to support your changing body and feel prepared for the changes ahead in your postnatal phase.
