Baby yoga provides gentle, fun and playful activities that enhances bonding between parent and baby while promoting baby's physical and mental development.
Structure of the baby yoga class:

Warm-Up Activities • breathing and simple stretches for parent • dry massage for baby
Baby Yoga Poses
Relaxation for parent and baby
Socialisation with parents and babies attending the class. Drinks and biscuits provided.
Baby yoga- 9.45-10.45am
Socialisation- 10.45-11.15am
