Mum & Baby Yoga is your gentle reintroduction to movement and self-connection after birth—a space where you can honor your healing, bond with your little one, and share this beautiful (and sometimes wild) journey with others.
This class is a judgment-free zone, a sanctuary where all mums and babies are welcome. We’re in this together, moving at a pace that supports your body and mind as they recover and adjust. Taking your time is not just allowed—it’s celebrated. Rebuilding strength in your pelvic floor and core, reconnecting with your postpartum body, and finding moments of calm amidst the chaos are the heart of this practice. And yes, we’ll even tackle the sneezing-without-fear thing. You know what I mean.
Here’s what Mum & Baby Yoga is all about:
1. YOU, Mum.
This space is for you. It’s about reconnecting with your body, moving in ways that feel nurturing and comfortable, and embracing where you are right now with grace. Your postpartum body is incredible—let’s celebrate it with patience and care.
2. Bonding.
Life moves fast, and bonding with your baby can sometimes feel squeezed between feeds, naps, and everything in between. This class carves out a moment to slow down, share movement, and strengthen the unique connection between you and your little one. They’ll lie, lean, or snuggle as part of the flow—every giggle and coo is part of the magic.
3. Community.
Motherhood is a journey best shared. Here, you’ll meet like-minded women who *get it*. These classes are the perfect start to creating a support network—whether it’s a coffee after class or WhatsApp chats at 2 a.m., these connections can turn into lifelong friendships.
