Here’s what Mum & Baby Yoga is all about: 1. YOU, Mum. This space is for you. It’s about reconnecting with your body, moving in ways that feel nurturing and comfortable, and embracing where you are right now with grace. Your postpartum body is incredible—let’s celebrate it with patience and care. 2. Bonding. Life moves fast, and bonding with your baby can sometimes feel squeezed between feeds, naps, and everything in between. This class carves out a moment to slow down, share movement, and strengthen the unique connection between you and your little one. They’ll lie, lean, or snuggle as part of the flow—every giggle and coo is part of the magic. 3. Community. Motherhood is a journey best shared. Here, you’ll meet like-minded women who *get it*. These classes are the perfect start to creating a support network—whether it’s a coffee after class or WhatsApp chats at 2 a.m., these connections can turn into lifelong friendships. As a new mum myself (my little one is 5 months old), I know how beautifully messy and challenging postpartum can be. Yoga has been my anchor, helping me navigate the shifts in my body and mind since the arrival of not just my baby—but the new version of me. My little one will join us in class too (she doubles as an excellent prop). This class is open to all mums from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 8 weeks (C-section), with GP clearance, until your baby’s first birthday or when they start walking. Take this time for yourself—it’s a gift you and your baby will feel long after the class ends.

- Parking is busy please plan your journey, there is a small car park around the back
- Encourage baby carriers as there is only space to hold the prams downstairs
