Our fun and friendly classes are designed to help parents feel strong, confident, and connected. Whether you're easing back into movement post-birth or simply want to feel energized again, we’re here for you. And yes, your baby can tag along, but the focus is YOU!
🍼 Newborn to Sitter Classes
These sessions are are designed to help mums (sorry dads) rebuild strength, boost energy, and feel great, all in a welcoming, judgment-free zone. While the babies relax on mats and bouncers and play with toys, you’ll focus on YOU!

What to bring:
Bring some water, a small towel for yourself. If your baby has a favourite toy, feel free to pack it too - but there'll be plenty on offer for the little ones. Carriers are optional - but I'll always provide an option for bubs who insist on being in arms!

Hi, I’m Chabs! I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and mum to a lively toddler. I know how hard it can be to prioritize yourself while caring for little ones, which is why I created Lifts and Littles—a baby-friendly fitness community designed to put parents first.
My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and energized with safe, effective workouts that meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re easing back into movement or ready to push yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I also offer personal training outside of classes to help you reach your fitness goals with one-on-one coaching.
