Little Movers sessions focus on developing your child’s sensory systems through connection and play, with a mix of structured activities and child-led exploration. By practicing movement and interactive play, your little one will strengthen neutral connections, setting a solid foundation for lifelong learning, confidence and coordination.

Each Little Movers class offers a mix of activities that support all areas of your little ones development including:

Gross motor play - Strengthens muscles and coordination, improves balance and stability, develops spatial awareness and boosts confidence in movement and independence.

Fine motor play - Enhances hand-eye coordination, builds grip strength and dexterity, encourages problem solving and focus and develops early pre-writing skills

Parachute Play -Encourages teamwork and cooperation, supports vestibular development, develops coordination and spatial awareness promotes joy and excitement.

Sensory Play - Supports brain development and neural connections, encourages creativity and curiosity and helps with self regulation and emotional development.

Messy play - Boosts creativity and self expression, provides a fun, hands on way to explore cause and effect and supports sensory processing and cognitive development,

Music, Songs & Rhymes - Supports speech and language skills, encourages rhythm and listening skills, strengthens memory and cognitive abilities.
